ALL USE OF THE Listings4All WEB SITE, ITS SERVICES, AND ANY SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THIS SITE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE POLICIES, AGREEMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THIS SITE WHICH ARE POSTED BY Listings4All. ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.

Listings4All acts only as a technical interface between home sellers, real estate agents and buyers, and does not evaluate, control or monitor exchanges between home sellers and buyers. Buyers are to verify any and/or all information posted by the seller. Sellers are not employed by Listings4All, therefore, any opinions expressed by a seller are those of the seller alone, and are not to be attributed to Listings4All. Listings4All does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, safety, timeliness, legality or applicability of anything said or written by any seller.

This Agreement will become effective upon the acceptance by Listings4All of the Registration Form completed by you. If Listings4All accepts your registration, you will become a "User" having access to the Site only under these terms and conditions.

1. Modification and Termination
   Listings4All reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site or modify the terms and conditions of anyone's access to the Site without notice. Listings4All may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you for any reason including
   1. if you breach this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference;
   2. if Listings4All is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to Listings4All; or
   3. if Listings4All believes that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or to Listings4All.


2. Eligibility and Security.

Authorized use of the Site is available only to persons who are at least 18 years old and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.


3. Information.
   User is solely responsible for and shall continuously provide to the Site true, accurate, current and complete information, including, without limitation, correct representation of listings, contact information and other information included in User listing(s). User agrees that Listings4All may use information provided by User as described in the Listings4All Privacy Policy.



4. User Conduct.
   
   1. USER SHALL NOT USE THE SITE OR ITS SERVICES TO TRANSMIT, ROUTE, PROVIDE CONNECTIONS TO, OR STORE ANY MATERIAL THAT INFRINGES COPYRIGHTED WORKS OR VIOLATES OR PROMOTES THE VIOLATION OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. If Listings4All has notice that a User has violated this term of use, Listings4All may, in its sole discretion, either (a) warn the User that the User is in violation of this term of the Agreement, or (b) terminate the User's access to the Site without warning.
   2. User shall not (i) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or (ii) modify or attempt to modify the Site in any manner or form.
   3. User will not create obscene, profane, threatening, defamatory, tasteless, indecorous or hateful user names or listings.
   4. User shall (a) use the Site in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations; (b) not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Site by other Members; (c) not interfere with or disrupt the Site or sources or networks connected to the Site; (d) comply with all requirements, procedures, policies and regulations posted on this site by Listings4All from time to time and/or any networks connected to the Site; (e) not use the Site in a manner which may result in the breach of any agreement by Member with any third party; (f) not transmit through the Site any unlawful harassing, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, disparaging, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, misleading, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind; and (g) not transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
   5. Each User must comply with any rules of ethics, professional responsibility and conduct applicable to each Member's particular profession.
   
   
5. Ownership and License.
   As a condition of membership: As between the parties, Listings4All shall retain all ownership in the Site including all URLs and any content created or derived on the Site. User shall and hereby assigns to Listings4All all rights, title and interest in any material. User grants Listings4All and its successors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, right and license to exploit all intellectual and property rights in support of material posted or submitted for posting by User on the Site, including the modification of such material. User grants Listings4All the right to use or reference Member's username on the Site and elsewhere to promote the Site without Member's consent.



6. Indemnity.
   You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listings4All, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and its Content Providers from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of the Site or the Site Content or your violation of this Agreement.
